Midway...
Yo people! It is Wednesday, halfway into the week, and I still got to practise math. gosh...
So yea, yesterday was not a great day. Joscelyn 'Da Jie'(she is puny and short) came to my house for chemistry tuition. I was suppose to tutor her, but she made things so easy by constantly reminding me that what I was revising with her, WAS NOT IN HER SYLLABUS!!!! (And she can tell me that a pipette can hold 500ml of water?!) Though I would really love to see a pipette that is so pro. Yea, so she came and gone. And i sent her to the MRT station, then wait for my dad to come pick me up.
So he came with my aunt and they said they saw me with 'Da Jie' and as usual went into their own world. So they blabbered and blabbered on the way to fetch my mum, I think i fell asleep on a short highway cause everything was fuzzy. So we headed off to my aunt's place for dinner after picking up my mum. Then my brother was going to stay so that it would be convenient to send him to school the next day as my parents were not going to work, little more on that later. So i got home and watched bleach on the computer while chatting with a few good friends. Lights out at around 1.30am.
Next day, I woke up crying.( ...just being honest) Don't know what in the world i was crying about, but I did find myself in tears. Then i just went back to snooze for about 30 minutes before my mum woke me up again. Then i got changed and headed out with my parents. Met up with my aunt, my uncle, my grandma and my little cousin. We had Thosai(is that how you spell it?) for breakfast, the people serving there looked like they were lost in a desert. I saw one getting scolded for giving the customer some sort of tea instead of coffee. Then my dad also scolded the poor lad cause he only brought 2 thosai when we ordered 3. So I just quietly ate my breakfast looking as those guys scrambled around for utensils and cups. So amusing.
Then we headed off for the temple, not really into this sort of stuff cause of the methodist school thing and all. But my grandma calls the shots, so I had to follow my parents cause they dragged me along and i didn't want to go home myself. So when we got there, NO PARKING SPACE. So my genius parents went to park in the church and walked down the the temple. I nearly got cramps laughing at the irony of it all.XD
So the adults did their stuff, I took care of my little cousin and i don't know where my brother went but he was fine. Then we threw coins at a bell which is suppose to be good luck, and i hit it 3 times. (somehow i don't really think you need luck to hit that bell since it was quite big) Then we left.
So after that my parents scooted around Singapore to look for the DURO service center in the industrial district. I fell asleep in the car as usual and last i remembered they stopped at DURO after going in circles for 1 hour then took another 1 hour doing some banking stuff. So i was asked to go into the Bank of China to go update my fathers passbook as usual. Then he did something at Bukit Merah UOB bank which took him a good 25 minutes, while I was waiting in the car with my mum. Then we headed home.
So once we reached home, my parents being who they are...fell asleep. So i just tried to do my chinese but it was no good. Then the 'Da Jie' come irritate me again, call me on MSN and asked me to go see my blog. Only to find that she spammed my Cbox and went mad. Being the understanding person I am, I entertained her a bit to get her nerves calmed. Then I don't know how i passed time, I think I zoned out or something. Then Joscelyn HAD to call my house, not much of a conversation...just the usual poking fun at her and her verbal abuse being hurled at me. Then I had dinner when my parents woke up and after my dad went to fetch my brother from school. I had to cook my own meal because I did not want to eat Yam rice.(which unfortunately is in my NO-EATING list) So i had eggs and soup with rice, pitiful dinner. So after dinner my parents decided that we were going to watch Ratatouille.
So we went for GV-Vivocity. The show started at 9.25pm and only front row seats were left. So my parents, with little consideration, bought the front row tickets. And I was shocked...5 meters away?! Going to go blind.
Ratatouille was a great show. The animation was
SWEET! And Remy rocks on! The show started out quite nicely, but then it just grew into a brilliant storyline and a colourful plot. Too bad the fat chef died, but he was cool being a figment of Remys imagination. Liked the end, so cool seeing 100 over rats cooking for humans and they all look so funny. 4 stars!!!!
My prayers to Kelleynne(Piano practise is tough but i know you are tougher), Joscelyn( Try not to fall asleep studying and congrats on getting his phone number), Kenneth(I know you definitely mugging like nuts now but you are still going to need this) and Anthony(My man, don't worry too much. The dance will get you A1s XD).
Sheesh it is late. Time to hit the sacks!
