Here comes OBS.
Hey all! Have not been updating cause of the constant lack of time and the fact that I get distracted everytime I try to post something. I think i might have A.D.D.
Oh well, the school year seems to have come and gone like the wind with all my new friends, new interests and a few new experiences with people in and out of school.
My results were not atrocious, but they are horrible in any case. Yet having failed 4 subjects, it speaks a lot when i beat people who passed all subjects and still manage to stay in 4-A2. However, grace is limited, as it seems, all the great teachers in the school have stepped aside for a greater cause. Only to leave with us those who can't teach or can't stop preaching. [No names mentioned] Our principal Mr Ng, is leaving us to build up ACS (Jakarta) in another country and we wish him all the best. The tribute concert was truly brilliant, it was quite teary, but Mr Ng regarded it as a celebration which made the whole concert ROCK! Other teachers like Mrs Siow YK [sec 1 chinese teacher] and Mr Royston Low [sec 1 history teacher] are also leaving. Thus, the first generation of ACS (Barker Rd) teachers have completely left the school. Ms Pamela Cheng, THE BEST literature teacher we ever had left the school in the Mid years. And our end of year literature results showed the difference.
School is finally over, but the OBS camp is coming right up starting this Monday till Friday. I as certainly looking forward to OBS because it can't be half as bad as the sec 2 camp in Kluang, Malaysia. Ubin can't be all that bad, since most of the seniors who went for OBS totally enjoyed the camp. Went out hunting for the solid fuel tablets yesterday with my friends, the only thing in the checklist which is not conventionally found in my house. Looking forward to the canoeing expedition and stuff like that. Will miss everyone, haha, I know I will not be missed.
Happy Belated B'day to Kelleynne, Yiann and some other people whom i cannot remember at the moment.
hmm...yea, cya all on Friday when i get back.
Yo everyone!!!!
EXAMS ARE OVER!!!! [actually that was on Friday but i was too busy]
YEP. Busy, busy, busy.
Friday was the OFFICIAL end of all papers, at 11am after ART paper. After my paper finished at that god-given time, my art teacher wasted no time in making us clean-up her art studio and notice boards [slave driver!!!]. But no complains since i wanted to get out of the place ASAP. Then we had a 'short' reveiw of our exam papers, which was another 3 hours long...not anything I haven't already heard before. So we were let off at 2 pm, great huh? So it was after school and I was actually feeling a bit sick, so I was requested to go to my friend's house or go lunch with my art friends...i chose to go to my friend's house since i was really tired and hungry, not much energy to go out anymore. So I bought Mcdonalds over to his house to eat. [Hey, i didn't have much of a choice]Hanged around there till 6 pm and joined my parents for dinner at home after cooking was done. Then I came online to chat a bit and hit the sacks early.
Saturday was SO BORING. Wake up in the morning to go for breakfast, then come home and just used the time to catch up on my sleepless nights. So the day goes by without any Julia Gabriels so it was so non-routine and no fun class to look forward to.
Sunday, best after exam activity EVER! WORK .-.-''' From 12.30 pm - 8.30pm, so my day has nothing much to report about other then the fact that I was sick at work. Yea...so went to eat dinner after that then hit the sacks when I came home.
Monday, holiday on-lieu for Hari Raya. So Kenneth and I decided to go out with a Wen Jie who is now in NJC, and ti is sure hard to get that guy away from all the other appointments he has[which i may add are generally with girls]. So we went to SICC and started off with lunch, then we went to the bowling alley to...umm...bowl. Yea. DUH. So we had four games of bowling but then we stopped there cuz we were getting bored with it. And I managed a turkey[three strikes] in the first game which put me with a score that was higher then the combine score of my two friends[boasting, thank you]. So then we went to go play at the arcade, lousy games but we had fun. I raced them both in SIDEBYSIDE 2, the game was so initial D like because the cars were all featured in initial D before e.g. White FC3S, Yellow FD3S, Panda Trueno AE86, Mitsubishi Evo IV. Familiar, anyone? So I managed to get 2nd in the track record for the beginner's course with the White FC3s. Only one where I could win. But at least I am still undefeated by those two clowns, mwahahahaha. After arcade we went to play Pool. Kenneth beat me followed by a vice-versa, so we are on par.
LAN after that, where Wen Jie and I got OWNED by Kenneth in CS. Haha, Frag! Headshot! WTF!!! No sound already!!!. Then we went back to the arcade after all was over and i went racing while they played Marvel vs Capcom cuz they did not want to waste money racing me. Then it was off for lunch,or dinner in my case, followed by a nice display of golfing wonders by the big man himself. KENNETH! So Wen Jie and I were testing our eyesights by tracking the balls that flew, and that was by no means an easy task in the mist of the rain. So after he finished I was sent home. Such a great day, so I was so tired when i got back I woke up at 10.30 pm after napping at 8.30pm. Sarah, you finally wore the necklace!!! XD Seems like it didn't go to waste and at least people like the present I gave so now i am contented.
*sigh* Gonna go now cuz my mum is gonna put me through some intense amount of pain. Cya all next time ppl. Oh yea, I finally learnt how to draw Kakashi under 10 minutes haha.
