Superteens Camp.

Hey people.

Its the Superteens camp. 13hours of school a day, I am on the brink of my sanity after spending the last 26 out of 48 hours in school.

The camp started off with a SUPER BORING things called...Speeches. And unfortunately...75% of the camp is made up of this component. Learning about all that study stuff, with Spidergrams and speed reading. I CAN speed read, it is the writing part I have problems with. Well, I tried anyway.

Well, the meals are like crap, that's one thing for certain. And we go home when the skies are dark.
It reminds me of those Odyssey of the Mind meetings that end at 7-8 pm during the other years. The program for Superteens is not that bad in my opinion. If you put all you want into it, it is rather enriching. The speaker Mr Ernest Wong has a slight Hong Kong accent though...lol.

It has been rather uninteresting with exceptions for when Mr Ernest Wong shared with us how we are survivors of a race, even before we were conceptualized babies. His greatest moment was probably throwing a glass cup on the ground, shattering it. But that was about it. It is motivational, but it does not seem good enough to touch people who don't want to learn yet.

Well, Tomorrow is the last day. I hope it passes quickly...ciaoz.

Mid term soon.

Hey everyone. Its a Friday, the "slack-day". So I decided to post something.

Yesterday was a tremendous day for everyone who were waiting for their O level results. Cause they finally came out. My school did rather well, with 99% passes and distinction ranges between 5%-57% [5 being Chinese the lowest.]. It was generally above national percentage. The top boy who got 8A1s got a C6 for Chinese too. Gosh, Chinese in ACSBR sure is a taboo subject. Well, I am glad to hear that my cousin got 17 point and Santhiya got 14 points [L1R5] and 11 points [L1R4]. Great job guys. I hope I can achieve a single digit score...

Today was generally very slacked. With all the double periods time passed quite quickly. Well, the school day just went by and Mr Mak made us do that target setting thing for "O"levels during LS. Then I went for CCA and we got drilled today and the air-con broke down...so we were perspiring , IN A BOWLING ALLEY. And then I came home, had dinner did some homework and stuff.

That just about covers my day, quite boring... But it is Super Teens Camp next week, Wednesday [7.40am-8.30pm], Thursday [7.40am-8.30pm] & Friday [7.40am-10.30pm]. I hope it is not going to be tedious...

Well, that's all folks. Catch ya'll round.

Oh btw, I should have address this earlier. Concerning those people who are too ashamed of their own names and lives [as reflected in their behaviour]. All reader of my blog, please do ignore them, I just about have had enough fuckshit from them defiling my name in such shameless manners. And to those who are responsible, I know you do not respect your parents, lives, friends and your name since you don't seem to willingly accept it, but I would like to inform you that I do hold respect for the name of others and myself.I do sincerely hope that this "little post" may resolve this little problem.

Frumple.

Hey everyone.

It has been pretty eventful these two days, since I understood most of my lessons.

Monday was fast as lightning, it was Chapel...then double Math, Recess, Double Physics SPA and Double Chemistry SPA. Then go home! IT was like...WOW, the day just went by. Then Kenneth and I stayed back to try and help a sec3 OM team. I don't know what they got themselves into with a question regarding motors...and they want to put a person on the vehicle. What motor is strong enough and can be under the budget of US$145 after all the other stuff?! WHAT MOTOR! I swear, if there is one. I am gonna buy it. Then I joined Kenneth for lunch at his house...we ate and talk rubbish. I wouldn't say it is rubbish, but it was nothing useful. Then I headed home. Rest of the night it was Dinner, homework and I read Death note a bit.

Today was the exact opposite of yesterday. The day felt like it could drag on forever... And I had art at the end of it. Art was so tedious. I hate LSL to the CORE!!! But if I can tolerate her, I can tolerate anything for art. And it was just checking of materials and stuff then telling her the plans of our coursework. Then it was off home. I took the bus home, usual route. Dropped by serene to get a hot fudge sundae...that was the most interesting part of the trip. Then I did homework, dinner and blogging now. Reading Death Note.

I think I am getting hooked onto roasted/toasted marshmellow...I "cooked" some today and my mum scolded me...lol.

Sigh, I am getting really tired nowadays. Stress is building up slowly but surely... Signin' off.

Life is so Dramatised.

Sup' People? I finally found time to blog today. Man, I is homework everywhere. And Last I checked, I am behind on Math, Physics and English. And it is a nice load too, considering it to be the 3rd week of school.

Well, it has been a while. But things are flying past me before I can even count. For example, my official "O" level Art Paper one is already out. And there have been 5 test altogether already, well it isn't so bad... But our new timetable is killing EVERYONE! We have like Math on EVERY SINGLE DAY, Two S.P.A on Monday and not to mention that SS & SSH have a total of 6 periods, 3 being History and 3 being SS. We are all going to die.

Well, now that all the doom's day speech for our academic life is over. My CERTIFICATE from Trinity Guildhall has ARRIVED! But I can get it till 16th Feburary's Picnic-of-words. Cause they want to "present" it to me. I am really going to miss Julia Gabriels, pulling out this year for "O" levels again. And also cause my brother's expenses are flying too. I am going to miss the classes and the laughter. And I really feel like performing with them. And it is funny how everyone keeps asking me to go back each week. Oh well, I will just have to be patient and wait till after the Chinese "O" levels in Mid-year. My heart is with you peeps, KEEP HAVING FUN!

Going to have chemistry lessons with Jialin and Ian on Wednesday on Organic Chemistry. I should start focusing on all my other mathematical subjects like Physics, E math and A math...but it is SO HARD to gain an interest in them, and it doesn't help that I get them wrong ALL the time. RAWR!!! Nicholas Yue still hasn't returned me my Mole Concept part 1!!!

Well, I am going to miss the Drama people a LOT. Signin' Off. :)

Over-Booked.

Yo everyone...who is left.

This is probably going to be my last post for quite a while. Cause you see, I am over-booked again. Great ain't it? Tuesday and Thursdays are the headaches now. It is Bowling for both days. So here is the great news, I decided on Tuesday for Art class because we did not want to stay back on the first and last day of school. And I have tuition on Thursday. So, where does that leave me? I am not sure but I will work it out.

Anyway, I am super tight with schedules this year and I can skive no more. Well, anyone who needs help can contact me on my MSN or Hp.

Cya round folks. All the best for your academics.

The official Kickoff.

Finally, the slack week is going to come to an end and school is going to be in FULL swing next week. And we have already signed...4 contracts? including a pledge to be nice lil' kiddies for the school. How great is that? :]
The school timetable is going to only come out on Sunday evening and we have to check it on the school website. Just great. This year is the most screwed up but organized year at the same time...nothing seems to be what it is.

Had the screening of 'Facing the Giants' at the chapel this morning, then it was off the SSH lesson to meet our teacher...apparently we have Mr Darren Chiam as our history teacher and Mr Tang as the SS teacher. Then it was late recess at 11.40am. Followed by a single period with Mr Mak, then a discipline talk by Mr Tang, which was quite funny. Then it hit the end of the day. That's how short the day was...

Homework doesn't seem that difficult. And I plan to keep to schedule. So it is going to be a rather nice little year for us all.

Cya round guyz. And galz.

Opened Curtains.

The Curtains are drawn people. It is the 'O' levels this year, lets polish up our performance.

It is the first day of school. Back to the usual, INHUMAN, routine of waking up at 6am in the morning. Then ready up for school. Today was not so bad, we had uniform checks and mostly administrative stuff to do. So a day just went by like that. The new rules in school are seriously restrictive. And we shall all wear the proud name of ACSBR on our socks. ^-^ How cool is that? Nothing close to the word 'cool'. And, oh WOW, our resident barber Mr Raju is back. Never met him before cuz my hair is always rule friendly and stylish at the same time, heard he is a monster that only gives you SLOPE. haha. Ah, there was the fact that the new principal seems to like primary school so much that he is going to issue to us DIARIES. And we MUST use them. Last time I had one was back in Primary 6, where it ended up an incinerator somewhere in our small island. And S4-A2 of 2008 ACSBR has Mr Lawrence Mak as our FORM TEACHER, along with A & E math. Nice year ahead, I forsee. :]

After school, Shaun, Nick and I headed off to Plaza Singapura for lunch. We had Burger King...Then Shaun told us he was meeting Eunice at Starbucks, but instead Eunice came down to Burger King and we walked up to Starbucks. Then it was HOMEWORK TIME. Shuan had not done the A math holiday assignment yet, so we helped him along. And he managed to finish Section A and 2 qns of Section B & C each. But it took him 2 hours or so...It took all the Hot Chocolate to keep me awake and attentive.

Yep, that pretty much covers the first day. Not including the fact that my rabbits are seriously cute when they are eating and that I finished my A math homework too.

Woo Hoo, Work Hard everyone! It is the BIG one. And countdown with 10 months.

New Year's Arrival!

It is finally THE NEW YEAR!! 2008!!

New year's eve sure is a bustling day for me. Haha, I actually woke up at 5.30 am WITHOUT an alarm!!! But then I couldn't move my body...probably cause of fatigue. So I snoozed till 8.30am. Then I went for breakfast with my dad and my bro, mum was at work. Then we rested at home for about an hour.
Left for The Central at 12.30pm to meet my mum there. I never knew that my dad never used an EZ-link card since he had the car. So he paid for the bus trip by cash...and the MRT trip by standard ticket. Hmm...maybe getting a car might not be such a great thing after all if you don't even know how to use the basic public transport. But we got to our destination all the same. Then I went to cut my hair at S.H.S salon. The place is so cool, it looks exactly like the one at FORUM. Just bigger, and brighter. So I had my hair shampoo-ed, cut, washed, trimmed, treated with some scalp protection thingy, blow dry and styled. The stylist actually said I had too much hair cause of the sheer volume. So after all was done, my family headed to Orchard.
At Takashimaya, we were looking for new year clothes for my little bro and my dad. So we bought what we wanted. And I went to Artfriend to get something to patch up that hole my dad burnt into my BRAND NEW JACKET!! And we stumbled on these really cool iron-on badges? Where they had letters in old-english font. And I bought the 'L' patch for my jacket. Then it was dinner at Pepper Lunch and back home.

After getting home, we barely had enough time to rest. So my dad was taking apart that Queen sized bed in the guest room and there was bowling with my cousins later. By the time my dad was done, we were heading out to 'Hometeam' Superbowl to meet my relatives. We had a total of 4 games. While they, being there earlier, played an additional 2 games. And countdownwas also there for us. It was so fun. Everyone was bowling, then suddenly it was HAPPY NEW YEAR and the place went into a frenzy with everyone wish each other Happy New Year across the lanes. The bowling ended at about 1am. Followed by supper and all...

Man...I am still so hyped up after all that. But I gotta work later...oh well.

IT IS 1 MORE DAY BEFORE THAT WHITE AND NAVY BLUE UNIFORM AGAIN!!!!!!!! ENJOY IT WHILE IT LASTS!!!!!!!! AND 'O's ARE UP!!!!!

Phew, now time to find something useful to do.
