Hey People! I now am on day 1 of a 4 days weekend. Lol...

Anyway class has been great. I am still able to keep up with what is happening. Psychology is really dry for now, but it is only the intro so I guess funtamentals are always grey and boring like cement. Wanted to go jam at Moberly on Tuesday. So a portion of my class decided to go to the jamming studio to check the place out. Had a blast...kind of. Lol, 1 hour is really short. But on Tuesday the amp was apparently busted so we couldn't use it. Haha...I brought my guitar for nothing.

Anyway, went to watch X-Men Origins: Wolverine yesterday. Awesome show. The special effects were pretty good. But I think gambit should have had a greater role in the show. Haha, Wolverine's claws were sexier than Jimmy's one. Lol, long life. Living from Victorian times till Modern age.

Anyway, had some drama thingy today. Not really my style but I'll try to adapt. Sigh...tired.

Friday, the end of the week. But I have had such a great start to school and such brilliant friends...I can't find words to describe them. Drama modules have been totally fantastically fanatical. Psychology modules, quite dry but I still do get it. Haha, me and Jeremiah are opposites. He feels tired in Psyche during lecture/tutorial. I feel tired after lecture/tutorial.

Learning new things as I move through psychology. I think it is still possible for me to get my mind around the concept of psychology. But I need a train of thought to keep my mind going, so that I can keep my understanding. Haha.

Anyway as of now, I am really at the top of the world. *tears of joy flow* I really appreciate the new friends I have found in SP. DADP 01 surprised Ms Chang and me when they sang Happy Birthday in the middle of class. Lol, like seriously random, but I loved it. (: And after Devised Drama lesson, Mark and Kimberly along with the DADP 01 people did a celebration for me. Sort of like a rite of passage. But lets just say in the end I got a nice slice of cake. Yo people, it is about 30mins till my first lesson starts in SP. So I figured, might as well take this time to blog about what has been happening.

Saturday was work from 10am - 10pm at Aquamarine. Jos called me at 9am and told me that work starts at 10am. So I had to rush down. Sigh...all this for $71.50. Okay la...I need the money.

Sunday's service was the last part of Ps Kong's series. Haha, all the talk about cars, daytona machines and mountains. XD But after service there was a outreach session. And Wing, a taiwanese singer/songwriter was featured. His story and testimony is really inspirational. And although I only understood like 80% of his mandarin, his songs are quite good. Haha, I took a picture with him...he looks freaked out. :P

And I look weird. Maybe that's why. (:

Anyway, I am kinda excited about my first tutorial. Introduction to voice is the module I think. time to gear up and get going for my studies yet again!!!

Hey there! Finally got enough energy to drag out a blog post. Anyway the past 42 hours have been quite hormone and sugar driven. With flagday at Bedok. 7am in the morning. I met with Sebas at 6.30am and we arrived at 7.30am where ppl were alrdy waiting. Haha, everyone in my class is so on the ball. Well, started off with walking around the place with Beatrice, Shuk Yi and Leping. But somehow, along the way Beatrice ended up at tampines and Shuk Yi found a pot of gold. Haha, so it was Leping and I asking for donations. Funniest thing that happened with his auntie, who didn't donate. then started to complain about the economy, govt HBD policies and stuff in Hokkien. Me, being horrendous in my dialect just went "Uh" the whole time. With Leping sniggering away. After a whole episode of walking from Bedok North to Bedok South in search of our classmates, we finally took a break at Cafe Galilee, then moved on the McDonalds to slack. Raised $52.40 in my can, guess what...Leping raise $108.75. Haha, girl definitely have the advantage in a number of things.

After that was Freshmen party. We had live bands that sang tunes out of 90s and totally missing the lyrics due to the feedback on amps and the overdrive from guitars. then DJ Rattle came up to do some scratching for the games hosted by Sheik Haikel. Didn't even know the guy was still in the biz. Anyway there were so many performances it got a bit draggy. But down to party time. WE PARTIED!!! Lol, damn smoky too. But it went into party ecstasy when we heard that we hit $175,000 in donations beating the previous record by $7,000. Haha, the DADP ppl had our own circle where we all dance the night away. after we got out. Everyone was partially deaf. (: We then took the MRT home and I was thrashed. But had a leaking aircon which my dad was determined to fix. So I helped him for 2 hours until he decided that it is out of our hands and he will call the technicians down.

Slept at 1am. Woke up at 8.30am realising that I was late to meet Wooiz. Cabbed down to SP for SPICE training. Everyone was holding a mass convo in training and no one was really listening to the trainer. With random explosions of laughter coming from the class. Esp Shafarie's sudden laughter which was like an isolated case. Lol...then DADP went to FC 4 for lunch, in the end the 02 ppl left first. Then a few of the 01 ppl. And it was down to Skyne, Beatrice, Shafarie, Jeremiah, Carin, Mark and I. We all took out our laptops and stayed there for like 2hours I think. Then the group of us decided to go except Skyne and Beatrice. So we all went our seperate ways and left for home. I am totally bushed so it ends here.

Went for P.Arts after that. WE FINALLY SETTLED THE FIRST SCENE!!! Lol, huge success.was playing the guitar with a broken G string. When I said that out loud there was a series of silent chuckles for 5 secs, followed by Santhiya's outburst of laughter. Lol...cheers! No offence.

Hey ya'll. Been a while. Anyway its been a whirlwind of events and I am kind of bushed.

Wednesday was nothing much, work...and celebrated my mum's birthday at Earl's Swensens. Ate till i was stuffed thanks to their salads. Well, it was a good day I would say. And I got a new bag and wallet that I should have gotten a year ago. Anyway it was better than nothing.





Thursday, went out to watch the Odyssey at ACJC CPA. Courtesy of AMO and Fred who helped me get 4 tickets successfully. (: Went with Jos, Mark and his friend. It was a good performance, but you need to be able to know elements of performance to appreciated it. Otherwise everyone else says it is crap. I don't agree. Good job ACSian Theatre, well at least for trying greek. -.-

Good Friday, went to pay respects to my late grandparents. Went for lunch at some turtle soup place. Food kept coming. I think my uncle was on a binge diet. Ate so much...but no one touched the turtle soup. Lol, wonder why. Then my family went to watch Fast and Furious 4 @ The Cathay. Good show, not much race action in this one. But there is a very dramatic storyline and sexier muscle cars. I like. (:

Today I went for service it was crowded. VERY CROWDED. But I didn't really feel in the atmosphere. Felt more like something was missing and I was not able to rectify it. But the actors were good in portraying their roles.(: Kudos. It was a good service...

Hey people. 'Sup?

Update on my activities. Monday...10hours of work. Mundane. Got cooking class some more...die. Got home totally pooped. But I still slept at 2am. -.-

Today got woken up by a call from my mum at 10.30am. Haha, someone came to valuate our house but I was sleeping inside and left the lady standing outside thinking no one was at home. Lol...so paiseh. After that I headed to Suntec for lunch and at the same time go to Marina Mandarin to work. Epic FAIL. I took 196 from my house to the next stop. It broke down right after that. Lol.


Fail.


Lol, I saved $1.60 for that ride. Haha, wasted like 15mins waiting for the next bus though. Then went for lunch at the jap takeaway place. $3.50 lunch. Then I headed over to MM to give in my salary voucher. Went home. And on the way home there was this irritating asswipe who was talking gibberish on the bus damn loudly. I was so tempted to imitate him, but he sounded like he was talking a mix of indian/chinese/korean all together. So being so lazy I just took a pic.


Even his face irritates me.

I was late for drama. I still can't play Why Georgia. I feel like a noob guitarist to conclude.
